About Us

Jim Harrison founded Highland Sales in January of 1991 in the Orlando Florida area.

Since then, Highland Sales has grown from a one-person sales agency breaking into the millwork market in Florida, to a firm with 4 committed sales professionals working in Florida, Georgia and the Hilton Head Island area of South Carolina. We have a combined experience of nearly 100 years in the sales, product management and marketing of millwork, building products and hardware products.

In the beginning, mission then was to use experience, expertise and energy to bring building materials products to the Florida market. With the addition of other sales professionals over the years, the mission remains the same, but our capabilities and reach have grown. We know that to bring a product to a successful place in our markets takes the right partners at all levels and the grass roots work to promote and educate beyond dealers and distributors to builders, architects and designers.

Our actions, integrity, commitment and capabilities are tested and rated every day by those with whom we work. We earn and multiply our success by helping all we encounter to find benefits for their companies in the environments we create and in the actions we take. We always work to be the best sales and marketing company in our served markets, and to be a valuable resource to our manufacturers, customers, and building industry professionals.
